Q: Can you supply our event with materials like easels, easel pads, pens, markers, notepads, etc?
A: Certainly. You may bring your own or we can supply. All consumable products will be billed to you at fair market price. Please plan with us ahead of time to ensure we have on hand what you need.

Q: Do you offer videography, photography and decoration/floral services?
A: The Running Right Conference Center does offer white table cloths and mining-related centerpieces for evening banquets. When other/different services have been required, we have successfully helped several of our clients find local providers for those needs.

Q: Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport and hotels?
A: We work with local transport services to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.

Q: Can we book hotels through your conference center?
A: We do not book hotel rooms for our customers, but we will be happy to suggest local hotels and provide you with contacts and locations of each.

Q: Can we set up vendor booths and/or tables in your large hallways?
A: Yes, we do allow tables and booths to be set up in the halls provided that all Fire Marshall rules are followed per space for escape routes and provided that the noise level and space taken does not interfere with other customers of the facility. As we help you plan your event, we will determine what is allowable and the potential cost for excess additional space and attendees.
